Overview

Gold Run apartments is a very popular choice for CU students due to availability and proximity the University of Colorado. It is a very big apartment complex and all units vary in aesthetics based on remodels and updates done by specific owners. Originally built in 1980, Gold Run offers a quiet and relaxing wooden country setting that is located next to the Boulder Creek Path and Scott Carpenter Park.

Main Pros and Cons

Gold Run is located in proximity to campus so students to get to class in 15 minutes. One of the downsides is the high HOA fees and limited parking during CU events.

Location

In general, parking is easy and convenient when compared to other neighborhoods such as the hill. Each unit is given a dedicated spot.

Public Transportation
