Landmark Lofts Overview

Located in Close proximity to the University of Colorado and 29 street mall.  Private and secured underground parking as well as a Vic’s coffee shop that is part of the complex.

Main Pros and Cons

One of the main pros is that you can get to class in a few minutes and the apartments are relatively new compared to other housing options around Boulder. There is also plenty of guest parking on the street. One of the downsides is the lack of places nearby to spend time with friends like restaurants and bars.

Location

Half a bock east of campus. One (large) block from 29th street mall. One block from Safeway and half a block from Scott Carpenter Park.

$142 to $187 a month

The Stampede and the 209 stop just a block away on Colorado Ave. but if you are a student, you are only a 5 minute walk from the University of Colorado. The complex is directly adjacent to the eastern border of the campus and you can get to class in minutes depending on the location of your course.
