Superior History

Rock Creek Ranch is Superior’s largest residential development. Superior’s population currently stands at approximately 12,951. Superior’s current developments include a new town center, indoor sports complex, commercial development, retail development, multi-family residential units, and single family homes. The Town is approximately four square miles in area. It has 594 acres of parks, greenspace, and open space and 27 miles of trails.

School Districts

Superior residents enjoy highly-rated schools in the exceptional Boulder Valley School District. There are two elementary schools in Superior: those who reside North of Coalton Road use Superior Elementary while those who live South of Coalton Road attend Eldorado K-8 School. Eldorado K-8 serves Superior for Middle School grades. Monarch High School serves Superior for grades 9-12. Open enrollment to Fairview High School is also an option.

Rock Creek Home Owner’s Association

Rock Creek’s Home Owner’s Association strives to keep Rock Creek beautiful. Currently, the HOA fees are $204 per year, covering shared expenses to the HOA including trash & recycling services, management, including covenant protection, newsletters, social events, and Director and Officer Liability insurance.
